The Plot follows the attempts of 3 youngsters, Nicholas Tse, Ruby Lin and Alec Su, trying to track an elusive and highly smart conman. Being that he's so successful, he wishes to be recognised for it and prepares his biography. Meanwhile, a cop who has failed to trace him for 20 years teams up with the new kids.

The script has too many plot twists, with a slow build up for each setup, only to have it quickly thrown all away, is highly unsatisfying.

Its a solid performance by both the veteran actors Sam Hui and Karl Maka but their appearance in the film is quite limited. Raymond Wong also turns in a cameo. With the exception of Ruby Lin who doesn't fair too much better, Nicholas Tse and Alec Su take the role too seriously for a comedy and are disconnected.

The sound design for this movie is horrible and the background music is quite jarring and keeps distracting the viewer. Surprising give Sam Hui, an awesome musical talent, is in the film. Clearly he wasn't consulted.

The movie tries to recapture some of the charms and hijinks of the 80s but fails.
